Refund policy

Strand House – Online Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order from Strand House. 

  • If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, if returned as sold, within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your order with an original receipt or digital receipt. 
  • The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition tags attached and in the original packaging. 
  • After your return has been processed and checked you will be refunded the amount due.
  • It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
  • Please note we do not cover the cost to return.
  • Please note that online sales cannot be returned instore and must be returned by registered post.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment with an original receipt. Kindly note, a gift receipt is not an original receipt. 

Please note we do not issue refunds on gift cards.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-7 working days after we have received the returned package; however, some banks may take longer to process refunds. If you have not received funds in your account you should contact info@strandhousedingle.com

There are no refunds on sale/discounted/pre-order items - exchange or credit note only on sale items.  / Reduced price merchandise may only be exchanged if returned within 14 days with an original receipt.
